Glass door clamp installation method:

1.Positioning and putting on line

The fixed glass and movable glass door leaf combined glass doors are used for unified line positioning. According to the design and construction drawing requirements, the positioning line of the glass door is released, and the door frame position is determined.

2. Limit slot on the top of the mounting frame

The width of the limiting groove should be two to four millimeters thicker than the glass, and the groove depth is ten to twenty millimeters. At the beginning of installation, two edge lines of metal decorative board are drawn out from the line of the bomber, and then the limit grooves on the top of the door frame are installed according to the edge lines.

3.Install the wooden base with metal finish

Fix the square wood on the ground, and glue the metal decorative panel to the wood with universal glue. If an aluminum alloy square pipe is used, it can be fixed on the frame column with aluminum angles or fixed on wooden bricks buried in the ground with wood screws.

4. Install the vertical door frame

Then the center line of the bullet is nailed to the door frame square wood, then the shape and position of the door frame column are determined by plywood, and finally the metal decorative surface is outsourced. When covering the surface, place the head-to-head seam on the middle door positions on both sides of the glass.

5.Install the glass

Use a glass sucker to suck the thick glass tightly and lift the thick glass plate to the installation position. First insert the upper part of the glass into the limiting groove on the top of the door frame, and then place the lower part of the glass on the bottom bracket.

6.Fixed glass

Two small square wooden strips are nailed on the inside and outside of the bottom square wood. The thick glass is clamped on the middle door. The square wooden strips are painted with universal glue and the decorative metal is glued on the square wooden strips.

7.Seal with glass glue

On both sides of the top limit slot and bottom bracket notch, as well as the gaps between the thick glass and the frame column, etc., inject the glass glue to seal, and use a tool to scrape off the excess glass glue.

8, glass docking

When the fixed part of the glass door needs to be spliced due to its large size, the width of the seam must be 2 to 3 mm, and the edge of the glass plate must be chamfered.

9, floor spring installation

Before the door leaf is installed, the ground spring and the positioning pin on the top surface of the door frame should be installed and must be coaxial. It is best to check with the hanging line to ensure that they are on the same straight line.

10.Install the upper and lower door clamps

The upper and lower metal door clamps are respectively installed at the upper and lower ends of the glass door leaf. If the height of the door leaf is insufficient, the wooden bottom can be padded with wooden planks.

11.Fixed glass door clamp

After setting the height of the door leaf, insert small wooden bars into the gap between the glass and the upper and lower door clamps, and inject glass glue into the gap to fix it.

12, door leaf installation

First, adjust the positioning pin out of the plane of the beam by two millimeters with its own adjusting screw, and erected the office glass door leaf. The hole position of the rotation pin connector in the lower door clamp of the door leaf is aligned with the rotation pin axis of the spring. Sleeve on the pin shaft, rotate the door leaf at right angles to the door frame beam, align the hole of the rotating connector in the door clamp on the door leaf with the positioning pin on the door frame beam, adjust the adjustment screw of the positioning pin, and insert the positioning pin into the hole.

13. Handle installation

Before installation, apply a little glass glue to the part where the handle is inserted into the glass. When the handle is assembled, press the fixing screw tightly to ensure that the handle is not loose.
